Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Lathe machines for machining various mould components and precision parts.
- Perform CNC turning operations as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and perform tool offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Bore Gauges.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor machining processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
