About the Role
Rustic Designs is a Bengaluru-based turnkey residential interior solutions firm founded in 2019, known for creative, functional, and premium home interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation/strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Plan digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track campaign and social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and new digital marketing opportunities.
- SEO Optimisation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing tools and platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and practices.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics and metrics to track campaign performance.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with using design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in interior design, home décor, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
This will be a 3-month internship program, followed by a potential employment offer.
