Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

Orange Circle is a Rajkot-based branding and advertising agency focused on helping businesses build and strengthen distinctive brand identities. They combine innovative ideas with strategic planning to deliver comprehensive branding, graphic design, and marketing solutions. The Graphic Design Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Rajkot, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets such as logos, social media graphics, marketing materials, and brand collateral under the guidance of senior designers.
• Design layouts.
• Select typography and color palettes.
• Refine brand elements.
• Prepare files for digital and print use.
• Support image editing.
• Support asset optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
• Basic understanding of digital and social media design formats is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual design principles.
• Skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Ability to create and refine logos.
• Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and an eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to iterate quickly on design concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
