About the Role
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, other healthcare users, and internal staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their transition experience to Epic.
- Assist users in saving lives through effective training.
- Be involved in the entire training process, from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios.
- Work in teams to design workflow-based training content.
- Collaborate directly with organizations to develop their training programs.
- Participate in projects to enhance software intuitiveness.
- This role may be suitable for individuals with experience in performance, teaching, or as a tour guide.
Location
- This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area.
- Financial relocation assistance is provided.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2-4 days.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
