Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Executive Intern to support day-to-day customer operations and platform support activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS operations, customer experience management, client onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Assist customers with platform-related questions and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Support customer onboarding and help users successfully navigate and adopt the platform.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor customer tickets, follow up on open issues, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support various operational tasks and projects as required by the business.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, eCommerce, or customer support processes will be an added advantage.
