About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance RPA and business process automation solutions.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing automation processes and business applications.
- Develop and support solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce automation.
- Support ASP.NET/web-based business applications and related automation integrations.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into reliable automation solutions.
- Maintain continuity and stability of existing production BOTs while supporting new automation initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in RPA/automation development and support.
- Working knowledge of UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Development experience with C#/.NET, SQL, APIs, and web applications.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Oracle EBS and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and independently support production automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
