About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Performance-based incentives will be provided for successful recruitment closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Support offer follow-ups, joining coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Work towards recruitment targets and achieve successful closures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is an advantage.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

• Freshers and recent graduates can apply.
• Candidates interested in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
