About the Role
LearningShala is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students regarding online UG/PG and higher education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and explain suitable academic programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain strong student relationships and provide timely assistance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in education counselling or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
