About the Role
Get Set Skilled™ Private Limited is a career enablement and learning intelligence startup. We are building MargdarshakAI, an AI-powered End-to-End Career Intelligence Platform. We are expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of AI-driven career experiences.
We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Full Stack Developer Intern to join our core team. You will work directly with the founders, AI engineers, and product team to build scalable and intelligent web experiences for MargdarshakAI. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a real AI product from an early stage and gain exposure to modern frontend/backend development, AI integrations, scalable architecture, and startup execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and modern frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Integrate AI-powered APIs and recommendation systems into the platform.
- Work on authentication, dashboards, onboarding flows, and user personalization.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX and AI teams to implement product features.
- Use GitHub workflows for version control, PR reviews, and issue tracking.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Backend development experience using Node.js or Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL.
- Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
- Experience with Git & GitHub workflows.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT/OAuth).
- Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel, AWS, or Azure.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD.
- UI/UX understanding or familiarity with Figma.
Internship Details
- Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Location: Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida
- Joining: 15th Nov 2026 or Earlier
Stipend & Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month.
- PPO: Up to ₹6 LPA and/or extension based on performance.
