About the Role
This is an on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru South at Gmaxepay Fintech Solutions Pvt Ltd. The internship offers hands-on exposure to fintech sales processes, basic customer relationship management, and collaborative work with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales activities, including prospecting potential clients.
- Assist with product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads.
- Help implement marketing campaigns.
- Gather market insights.
- Contribute to promotional initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C segments.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs.
- Provide information about Gmaxepay’s solutions.
- Relay customer feedback to the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management.
- Ability to assist in Training initiatives.
- Comfort with basic digital tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Interest in fintech and digital payments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
