Our BDE team is the frontline engine of our growth—driving client acquisition, relationship building, and market expansion through consultative outreach and data-driven persistence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients across verticals via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and meet weekly activity & conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand client reach and build brand presence.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
