About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX.
• Represents client brands at events, activations, and local campaigns.
• Ensures a polished and consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with attendees at events.
• Explain client products or services.
• Answer attendee questions.
• Collect feedback from attendees.
• Support lead generation efforts.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Coordinate with internal teams on campaign goals.
• Implement on-the-ground marketing strategies.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Track event outcomes.
• Provide clear reports and insights for future marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Self-directed work style in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities.
• Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills.
• Clear, confident Communication skills.
• Basic event marketing knowledge, including promotional tactics, audience engagement, and lead capture methods.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Prior experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail, or marketing.
• Experience in consulting or brand-focused roles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is beneficial.
