Position: Customer Service Associate (CSA Voice)

Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers across different markets.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English Communication Skills
Qualifications
- 10+2 Mandatory
- Diploma (3 years)
- Undergraduates
- BE/B.Tech Graduates (Any Stream)
- 0 to 2 years relevant experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA (Depends on assessment score & Experience)
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
