Delivery & Program Associate (Intern)
Crossing Hurdles
About the Role
Crossing Hurdles is an AI training-talent partner. We build and run expert contributor teams for AI labs and data companies working on model training and evaluation. We are hiring a Delivery & Program Associate into the Founder's Office delivery team. This is a 3-month internship, with a full-time role at the end for those who clear the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day delivery on live AI projects: allocate work across the contributor team, track throughput and quality, and publish the end-of-day numbers.
- Review incoming project specs and evaluation rubrics, and turn them into instructions the team can act on. Chase down anything ambiguous before work starts.
- Resolve contributor queries on task logic, platform access, policy, and payments. This is the highest-volume part of the job, and response time is the metric.
- Build and maintain the performance dashboards and trackers that drive payouts, quality review, and weekly reporting.
- Sit in on review calls, take the action items, and close them.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, documentation, and compliance checks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable in spreadsheets.
- If you have touched SQL, Python, or any BI tool, tell us.
Qualifications
- 2025 or 2026 graduate, any discipline. An analytical background helps but is not required.
- Strong written English. Most of this job is written: specs, status updates, team and contributor communication.
- High ownership. The team runs on people who close loops without being chased.
- Curiosity about how AI models are trained and evaluated. No prior AI experience needed.
Working Hours and Location
- Gurugram, in-office.
- Standard day shift. Some of our project work runs on overseas time zones, so expect a few evening calls in a week.
