Job Title: Junior CRM Analyst

Company: Arax Advisory Partners

About the Role

Supports the firm's day-to-day administration, data integrity, and reporting needs within Wealthbox, the firm's client relationship management (CRM) platform. This role works closely with advisors, operations staff, and the Technology leadership team to ensure the CRM remains an accurate, secure, and efficient system of record for client relationships, in support of the firm's broker-dealer and RIA business lines. This is an entry-level to early-career position intended to build toward a CRM Analyst or CRM Administrator career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administration of Wealthbox, including user provisioning and permissions, custom fields, tags, contact records, and household/relationship structures.
  • Maintain data hygiene through routine audits, deduplication, standardization, and correction of client and contact records.
  • Build, test, and maintain workflow templates, task cadences, and pipeline/opportunity stages used by advisors and service teams.
  • Support integrations between Wealthbox and adjacent systems (financial planning software, custodial platforms, portfolio management/reporting tools) alongside IT.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards (e.g., client segmentation, pipeline status, activity tracking) for advisors and management.
  • Provide first-line user support and basic training for advisors and staff on CRM functionality and best practices.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and migrations, including validation of data accuracy post-migration.
  • Maintain CRM procedure documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist compliance and IT teams in producing CRM audit trails, activity logs, and correspondence records as needed for internal reviews or regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; internship or coursework within a broker-dealer, RIA, or financial services environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; comfort working with structured data sets.
  • High attention to detail and a clear understanding of client data privacy obligations in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical end users.
