About the Role
Sales Hatch is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join their team and help grow the recruitment division. The role involves taking ownership of searches from start to finish, connecting candidates with opportunities, and assisting clients in building their teams. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles.
- Find and connect with talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews to learn about candidates’ experience, goals, and fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries of their backgrounds.
- Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and keep the hiring process moving.
- Support offer discussions and stay connected with candidates through their start dates.
- Keep recruiting activity organized and work toward placement goals.
