About Kelviq
Kelviq is the merchant of record for software and AI companies. When someone buys from one of our sellers, the payment runs through Kelviq, which handles sales tax, VAT, and chargebacks in every country.
The Work
- Review new sellers: examine their website, product, pricing, refund policy, leadership, and business registration.
- Approve, request more information, or reject sellers, providing a two-line explanation.
- Monitor sellers post-launch for refund spikes, chargebacks, sudden sales increases from specific countries, or changes to their business model.
- Document new fraud tactics to improve the internal checklist.
Your first month will involve observing reviews for a week, after which you will manage the process.

- Observant of details, such as identifying stock images for "founder" photos.
- Enjoy identifying discrepancies.
