About the Role
The Artificial Intelligence Intern will support the design, development, and improvement of AI-driven features within PInterview’s online interview preparation platform. This full-time, remote role involves working with data to build and refine machine learning models, assisting in the development of recommendation systems, and contributing to analytics that enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Exploring datasets.
- Implementing and testing algorithms.
- Writing clean and efficient code.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Documenting experiments.
- Presenting findings.
- Helping identify new opportunities where AI can improve interview practice workflows and personalization.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for working with data, identifying patterns, and solving complex technical problems.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Data Science methods such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Programming (preferably Python) and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in edtech, interview preparation, or career development solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, or deploying models to production is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
