About the Role

We are looking for confident and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Client Communication Executives. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls with our US-based pharmacy clients and ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from US-based pharmacy clients.
• Make outgoing calls for client follow-ups and operational coordination.
• Respond to client queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate pharmacy-related updates and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and proper call records.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Personal laptop or desktop.
• Stable high-speed internet connection.
• Good-quality headset.
• Availability during assigned US shift hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in handling international client calls.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working US night shift hours.

Work Mode: Remote

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
