About the Role

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join their team. Opportunities are available for full-time and part-time with flexible scheduling, offering up to 40 hours per week across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Active or obtainable Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Qualifications

• Competitive hourly rate: $53.00 to $58.00
