About the Role

This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with customers, carriers, and customs authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role includes tracking shipments, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate records for freight forwarding and customs clearance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documentation.

• Communicate with clients to address documentation queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freight Forwarding and Forwarding skills for end-to-end shipment documentation and coordination.
• Export and Freight Transportation skills for export processes, shipping arrangements, and cargo movement.
• Customer Service skills to respond to client inquiries, resolve documentation issues, and maintain professional relationships.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance procedures, CHA operations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or CHA documentation is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
