Functional Analyst (IOS Mobile / ServiceNow)

About the Role

Join an agile delivery team where you will collaborate closely with clients to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable features and user stories. You will ensure that both the iOS mobile application and the ServiceNow platform evolve to meet client expectations. This role involves testing system changes, validating updates, and managing the release of new features into production environments, offering a dynamic and varied workload across mobile and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Create and document user stories and features to address client needs.
• Participate as an active member of an agile delivery team.
• Test system changes to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• Release updates and new features into production environments, including iOS mobile and ServiceNow applications.
• Utilize JIRA to manage and track project tasks and progress.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend limited on-site meetings in the DC region (approximately once per week).
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently as a self-starter.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable working with tools such as JIRA for tracking progress and managing agile workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attend limited on-site meetings in Arlington, VA once a week.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or iOS development will be highly beneficial.
• Active secret clearance.
• Proactive approach and adaptability to shifting priorities.
