About the Role

• Support the founder and senior leadership in day-to-day strategic and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and business research.
• Prepare presentations.
• Assist in client proposals and internal reports.
• Coordinate with various business units on projects related to strategy, talent management, and HR initiatives.
• Track project timelines and follow-ups.
• Help organize training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
• Contribute to content creation for internal and external communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Comfort with data, business insights, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Presentation preparation skills.
• Basic documentation and report writing skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
• Basic comfort with digital platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Interest in business strategy, HR, talent management, and consulting.
• Willingness to learn new frameworks and tools.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, HR, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Prior internships or project experience in consulting or HR are an advantage.
