About the Role
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 0–3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Work on requirements for US clients (W2, C2C, 1099 roles).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Understand technical job requirements (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary/rates and close positions.
- Maintain candidate database and ATS updates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Familiarity with US recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
- Good negotiation and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field).
- Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment (even internships count).
- Knowledge of tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
