About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our US-based client. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in business analysis, technology, data, and process improvement. The Business Analyst will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document solutions, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, issue tracking, and validation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in client meetings and provide clear project updates.
- Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, IT, Consulting, Operations, or a related area.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships, certifications, or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
