Inside Sales Trainee

About the Role

Intellipaat is a global online professional training provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads provided in the CRM to understand career up-skilling requirements and pitch suitable courses.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identify references from the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintain all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Manage all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Understand customer requirements in the assigned geography and provide feedback for future product portfolio improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (including 1 hour break), 8 productive hours.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Work From Office is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Any graduates (Except BA).

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Compensation

• Internship/Training Period (First 6 Months): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable
• First month's salary will be held and released with the fourth month's salary for retention purposes.
• No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken.
• Notice period is required if leaving.
• Leaves are provided only for Final Examinations, not for Internals or Preparatory periods.
