About the Role
This role involves transforming banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model to address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
- Manage customer accounts, including account opening and KYC.
- Process transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Facilitate payments (Example: SWIFT, EFT).
- Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honor requests as per regulation E.
