About the Role

Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences. Crossix, part of Veeva, aims to empower life sciences companies with data and insights to drive marketing effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. This role is part of the Analytics Development Program, designed to grow the next generation of analytics services professionals.

• This is a data-driven, customer-facing role.
• You will work directly with media agencies and pharmaceutical brand teams.
• You will use the Crossix Measurement Suite to help optimize marketing for pharmaceutical brands.
• This is not a sales role.
• This is not a back-end technical programming position.

What You'll Do

• Translate Data into Strategy: Partner with experienced team members to translate complex healthcare data into compelling stories and provide strategic recommendations that influence marketing investments for pharmaceutical brands.
• Consult Directly with Clients: Serve as a strategic advisor to media agencies and pharma brand teams, becoming an expert on the Crossix Measurement Suite to help clients interpret data, answer business questions, and maximize platform value.
• Own Your Deliverables: Manage end-to-end client workstreams in a fast-paced environment, actively manage deliverables, solve problems, and rapidly evolve into a team leader.

Qualifications

• Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate quantitative findings into qualitative business recommendations.
• High Drive & Performance: A self-starter with a track record of excellence, thriving in demanding and dynamic environments, and seeking rapid professional growth.
• Consultative Communication & Storytelling: Ability to build strong, trusting client relationships and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree (any major) with a 3.0 – 4.0 GPA.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of post-grad full-time work experience.
• Location & Presence: Ability to commute within a 45-60 minute radius of the NYC office and willingness to collaborate on-site 4 days a week.

Compensation

• Starting base pay: $82,500
