International Voice & Chat Support Executive

About the Role

• Handle customer queries from international customers through inbound calls and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.
• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues within defined timelines.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and timely responses.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Achieve daily performance targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate Freshers can apply (B.E/B.Tech not eligible).
• Candidates with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling international customers over voice and chat.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior BPO/customer support experience can also apply.
