About the Role
CRISIL is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to support the Corporate FP&A team. This role involves financial planning, business analytics, management reporting, dashboarding, and automation initiatives.
Duration: 12 Months minimum duration
Department: Finance
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Perform variance analysis and generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Partner with Finance, Business, and Technology teams on reporting and transformation initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects.
Qualifications
- CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, or automation tools will be an advantage.
