About the Role
This is a nine-week Summer 2027 Credit Internship designed to provide college students with meaningful work experience. The internship aims to develop future organizational leaders through targeted educational opportunities. Interns will be encouraged to ask questions and grow their careers.
Overview
The Credit team analyzes borrower creditworthiness and manages risk for the bank. This involves evaluating financials, testing covenants, and participating in committee reviews.
Location
- Creve Coeur, MO (Onsite Primary)
- Chandler, AZ (Onsite Primary)
Key Responsibilities
- Support analysts by learning how to track and update daily credit logs.
- Practice financial spreading and covenant testing under guidance.
- Observe and contribute to committee meetings to learn how lending decisions are made.
Qualifications
- Current full-time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program.
- Degree emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Interest in credit and financial analysis.
