About the Role
At Trana, we are building healthier workplaces through sports, fitness and wellness experiences. We partner with MNCs and tech parks across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, and have delivered 50+ corporate events annually while engaging 100,000+ participants. We are looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who can help us tell these stories better.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture photos and videos at live corporate sports and wellness events
- Create engaging content across Instagram and LinkedIn — Reels, carousels, static creatives, event recaps, captions and behind-the-scenes stories
- Organize and build our content library using event photos and videos
- Manage and execute our social media content calendar
- Assist in creating client success stories, website content and sales collateral
- Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas, experiment with new formats and work closely with our founders and operations team to build the Trana brand
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Genuinely enjoys creating content
- Comfortable with Canva or CapCut
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Nano Banana or any other AI tool for content generation
- Confident writing short, engaging captions and storytelling through visuals
- Comfortable shooting high-quality photos and videos on your smartphone during fast-paced live events
- Organized enough to manage a growing content library
- Willing to travel across Bengaluru for corporate events and available for occasional evenings or weekends when required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design or a related field—or just genuinely good at this.
