As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and driven interns to join our Marketing and HR teams. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, take ownership of meaningful projects, and learn how a growing business operates.
Role Overview
We are looking for interns who are eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to work across different aspects of Marketing or Human Resources. The role will involve supporting day-to-day activities, coordinating with internal teams, conducting research, and executing projects based on business priorities.
Marketing Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Support social media content, campaign execution, product promotions, and brand communication.
- Assist with influencer outreach, brand partnerships, PR initiatives, and community-building activities.
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and special marketing projects.
- Track campaign performance, maintain reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Human Resources (HR) Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication.
- Assist with HR operations, process documentation, and employee experience initiatives.
- Help coordinate performance review activities, employee connects, and other people-related projects.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-through.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and manage responsibilities independently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Interest in marketing, brand building, talent acquisition, or HR operations, depending on the area of internship.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates looking for practical, hands-on exposure to Marketing or HR.
- Immediate joiners available to work from our Gurugram office will be preferred.
