Founder’s Office Intern

About the Role

The Founder’s Office Intern will support the founding team across product, operations, and growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an internship role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement. The intern will gain exposure to how a tech studio operates end-to-end, with opportunities to learn directly from the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Preparing briefs and presentations.
• Documenting processes.
• Assisting with project coordination for client and internal products.
• Drafting communication for partners.
• Tracking key metrics.
• Contributing to experiments in areas such as product validation, user feedback, and basic marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, document editors).
• Willingness to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including desk research, summarizing findings, and structuring insights for decision-making.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for emails, briefs, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort with basic business and product concepts, such as user needs, problem-solution fit, and simple metrics or dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Interest in technology, startups, or digital products.
• Prior exposure to software, design, or marketing projects is a plus.
• Self-driven, curious, and open to feedback, with a collaborative mindset and comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate program in any discipline.
• Participation in hackathons, clubs, or side projects is an advantage.
