About the Role

• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies, and talent.
• Driving customer identification, customer due diligence & enhanced due diligence.
• Verifying identity, suitability, and risks involved with onboarding and/or maintaining a business customer relationship, based on business and regulatory requirements, governance, operating model, process, and system controls.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Know Your Customer (KYC) - P1
• ECDD OCDD knowledge
• BSA, AML regulations, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements, specifically regarding high-risk customer profiles.
• Handling, reviewing, and securely processing FinCEN Section 314(a) information requests with strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Identifying and verifying corporate structures, LLCs, and beneficial ownership using state registries (e.g., Secretary of State websites) and corporate databases.
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Forms) - Advanced proficiency.
