About the Role
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Billing, you will design, develop, and deploy billing processes for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for billing and revenue management, leveraging your expertise in SAP HANA Billing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, to meet client requirements and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
- Configure and customize SAP HANA Billing to meet client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their billing needs, and provide training and support on SAP HANA Billing functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides to support client understanding and adoption of SAP HANA Billing solutions.
- Integrate SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM, to deliver comprehensive billing solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SAP HANA Billing Configuration: Experience with configuring and customizing SAP HANA Billing to meet client requirements, including data mapping, data migration, and testing.
- Billing Process Development: Experience in designing and developing billing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM.
- Technical Integration: Experience with integrating SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, including data migration and testing, to deliver comprehensive billing solutions.
- Client Requirements Gathering: Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements from clients to understand their billing needs and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Technical Documentation Development: Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides to support client understanding and adoption of SAP HANA Billing solutions.
Qualifications
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree
- Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM, is beneficial for integrating SAP HANA Billing and delivering comprehensive billing solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration and testing is advantageous for ensuring seamless integration of SAP HANA Billing with existing systems.
- Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams can facilitate successful project delivery and effective client engagement.
