• Working Days: Mon to Sat
• Work Timings: 11 Am to 6 Pm

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries and resolve issues via chat and email.
• Conduct one-on-one product demonstrations for clients.
• Assist clients in understanding product features and functionality.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience through timely support and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns effectively.
