About the Role
The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, helping develop and execute marketing campaigns, and contributing to content for digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to understand client needs.
- Support basic customer outreach.
- Help maintain marketing materials and reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to track campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development.
- Interest in Sales and basic understanding of how marketing supports revenue growth.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, web).
- Proficiency in English.
- Comfort with using online tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and software products, with a willingness to learn quickly.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
