About the Role
- This is an in-person position in our Sarasota, Florida office for Winter/Spring.
- This position offers the opportunity to be hired into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all functions of the Analytical Group.
- Assist analysts in the project management of client engagements.
- Research and prepare investor and buyer marketing lists.
- Manage various databases for targeted institutional investors.
- Formulate due diligence questionnaires.
- Provide support on due diligence and valuation packages.
- Coordinate meetings and presentation materials.
- Research relevant industry information and valuation metrics.
- Assist in creating portions of investor presentations and other marketing materials.
- Interact with client management teams.
- Analyze financial statements and tax returns.
- Work with complex financial models.
- Prepare detailed written reports on company findings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Aptitude for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to set clear priorities in managing workflow.
- Working knowledge of standard investment management concepts.
- Proven ability to plan and organize with a high degree of creativity and innovation.
- Ability to multi-task.
