About the Role

This is a Finance Intern position at TravClan, a B2B Travel Tech startup. The role offers significant ownership and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for payables and receivables.
• Managing cross-border remittances and coordinating with bankers for FX rates.
• Participating in the R2R (Record to Report) process to ensure timely revenue reports.
• Basic accounting and Tally data entry.
• Liaising with the tax team for compliance.
• Completing KYC and documentation for agents.

• Excel proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate.
• Available for a full-time, 6-month internship.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Willing to learn and improve financial acumen and accounting skills.
• Ethical, hardworking, and a startup-minded individual.
• Comfortable working in a finance function and finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and perform repetitive tasks patiently.

Important Points

• Office Location: Connaught Place, Delhi.
• Work Timings: Consider joining a startup where building value takes time.
• Working on Saturdays is expected (6 days a week).
• This role is not suitable for those seeking a career in investment banking or uncomfortable with customer interaction.

Stipend

• INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 per month, increasing over the 6-month duration.
• Months 1-3: INR 25,000
• Months 4-6: INR 30,000
