Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

FruitBowl Digital is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join their team. This role involves creating visuals for brand storytelling and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Execute designs based on creative references, mood boards, and brand guidelines while maintaining high visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, marketers, and clients to transform briefs into impactful visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communication by adhering to established visual identities.
• Be open to exploring new design styles, trends, and creative approaches while maintaining brand relevance.
• Take ownership of feedback and revisions to deliver polished, high-quality creatives within deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files for seamless collaboration across teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Figma is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable designing in Figma or be willing to quickly adapt and work extensively on it.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand creative references and execute designs that align with the desired visual direction.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude towards feedback and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Candidates must have their own Laptop.
