Operations Intern (Supply Chain)

About the Role

API Holdings, India’s largest digital healthcare platform, is hiring Operations Interns to work on live, business-critical projects across our 30+ warehouse network. This is not a shadowing internship. You’ll own deliverables, work closely with the Supply Chain leadership team, and build solutions that have real business impact.

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Work Mode: On-site
• Locations: Mumbai

What you’ll work on

• Streamlining end-to-end sales return processes
• Building inventory health and reconciliation frameworks
• Improving warehouse operations, productivity and accuracy
• Working with data to identify operational gaps and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in SCM projects or an academic background in supply chain or operations.
• MBA (Operations) or B.Tech candidates preferred.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Excel and data tools
• Interest in supply chain, warehouse operations or process improvement
• Comfortable working on-ground in a fast-paced environment
