Job Title: Accounting Specialist
About the Role
- Join a growing accounting team with visibility across multiple accounting functions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to a live NetSuite implementation, including reporting and system enhancements.
- Expand your experience in month-end close, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and GAAP reporting.
- Work in a hybrid environment (1-2 days per week in the office).

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities and general ledger processes.
- Assist with GAAP-compliant financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Contribute to revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting activities.
- Support NetSuite-related reporting, setup, and accounting initiatives.
- Provide AP and AR assistance based on business and team needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or a comparable platform.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required.
- Candidates without an accounting degree should have 3+ years of accounting experience.
- General accounting experience with the ability to apply accounting principles in a practical setting.
- Ability to commute to Peachtree Corners, GA for a hybrid schedule.
