About the Role
As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founder across client acquisition, growth, and strategy. You will own real outcomes from week one and have the opportunity to lead a team of your own as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition: connect with founders and decision makers, understand their needs, and set up meetings that turn into business.
- Run LinkedIn and growth initiatives: content, outreach, and experiments to build Salient's presence and pipeline.
- Work closely with the founder on strategy, client calls, and day-to-day execution.
- Learn the Salient playbook and help train and lead new team members as Salient scales.
Qualifications
- Curious, driven, and resilient.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys talking to people.
- Takes ownership without being asked.
- Ready to lead, or hungry to learn how.
- Students and recent graduates are welcome; attitude matters more than experience.
