Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer-reported technical support cases within defined service level agreements.
• Reproduce, diagnose, and troubleshoot software issues across application workflows, data behaviour, and configuration.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and senior support engineers to investigate and resolve complex technical defects.
• Assist customers with software installation, configuration, upgrade, and integration activities.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, resolution guides, and FAQs to reduce recurring issues.
• Communicate technical findings and resolution status clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.
• Participate in structured product and domain training to continuously build expertise.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering — or a closely related discipline.
• Fresh graduates from NITs or equivalent premier institutions strongly preferred.
• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical aptitude, engineering fundamentals, and problem-solving ability.
