Talent Acquisition cum HR Intern

Stipend
₹8,000/month (based on skills & interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Screening CVs and conducting initial calls
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Job posting on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Maintaining recruitment databases and employee records
- Supporting onboarding and documentation
- Employee engagement activities
- HR operations and day-to-day coordination
- Helping build hiring processes for a growing team
Qualifications
- Students/recent graduates in HR, MBA/PGDM, BBA or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
