About the Role

Even Hospitals is looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee learning, induction, orientation, and training initiatives across our hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee induction and orientation programs.
• Develop and implement monthly training calendars across hospitals.
• Conduct training sessions on communication, patient experience, service excellence, workplace behaviour, and soft skills.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with HR and department heads.
• Develop training content, presentations, and learning materials.
• Track training effectiveness, employee participation, and feedback.
• Maintain training records and support compliance and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous learning and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage training programs end to end.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
