About the Role
Forage is seeking new college graduates to join small, focused teams. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow while building user-friendly features with high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback in code reviews.
- Contribute to technical designs.
- Ensure the systems your team operates are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from implementation to launch.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to ship impactful features.
- Develop skills in project management and technical leadership.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Python and frameworks like Django (for backend roles).
- TypeScript and contributions to Android or iOS SDKs (for frontend roles).
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, software engineering, or a directly related field.
- Experience from previous internships or extensive school project experience that included collaboration with other engineers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Love of learning and desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
- General software engineering knowledge paired with a specialized area of interest and expertise (e.g., frontend development).
