Job Overview

The Talent Management Intern will support the team by identifying new talent, researching brands and collaboration opportunities, and managing talent databases. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent scouting, brand research, and collaboration within the fashion and modelling industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Scouting: Identify, research, and scout new talent and fresh faces.
• Brand Research: Research potential brands, fashion labels, and businesses for collaboration.
• Collaboration Opportunities: Identify and explore potential brand partnerships, campaigns, and modelling assignments.
• Database Management: Maintain, organize, and update talent profiles, records, and databases.
• Industry Research: Stay updated with trends, emerging talent, brands, and developments in the fashion and modelling industry.
• Coordination: Assist the talent management team with research, follow-ups, and daily activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong interest in the fashion, modelling, and talent management industry.
• Good research and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
