Intern-Founders Office

About the Role

The Intern – Founders Office will work closely with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives across product, business, and finance functions. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer research.
• Prepare presentations and internal reports.
• Support product and operations projects.
• Assist in data analysis related to receivables intelligence and customer behavior.
• Help coordinate cross-functional tasks.
• Track project progress.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and execution of key experiments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise documents, presentations, and internal updates.
• Comfort with numbers and analytical thinking; familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools is beneficial.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, with readiness to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present clear insights for business and product decisions.
• Interest in SaaS, fintech, B2B products, or finance operations, with willingness to learn about receivables and cash flow management.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong analytical skills are welcome.
• Prior internship or project experience in startups, consulting, product management, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
